Ron Pollard was a fixture in the community of Mt. Shasta and Siskiyou County since he moved here in 1982. His enthusiasm for community spirit became quickly known. He always had his store open a half day on holidays in case someone needed a can of cranberry sauce or a gallon of milk. That's the kind of guy he was... A Tribute by Tony Pollard

The great thing about the Mount Shasta area including the outlying towns, is the sense of community people have and the willingness to participate in community activities. I have made the best friends in the world there. - Diana Limjoco

I have moved out of Mt.Shasta but my heart is still there. The best of times and the best of friends were made there as well as my now, summer home.
My brain child MCTV-Channel 15 has taken on a life of it’s own with the

board operating on their own steam.
It’s a wonderful joy to see an idea become real. MCTV15 now manages the public access TV station for Weed and Mt.Shasta, Dunsmuir and McCloud and has now moved to College of the Siskiyous as was part of my original vision.
I was volunteer founding Chairman of the board of Directors, executive producer, host and director for a Live TV show summer 2002 called MCTV- REAL Tv and it was a barrel of fun. After 4 years of working on starting up the public access TV for the Mt. Shasta area I finally created a fun project, a weekly TV show called MCTV-REALtv. Tune in to Channel 15 each week on Northland cable to see the new shows.
